Commitment

LDS Inspections is committed to providing you with service that goes beyond what you will receive anywhere else. We look for the signs of potential problems depending upon the age and location of your home. Our experience will help you learn more about your home, and catch potential problems that a less knowledgeable inspector may miss. Our inspections meet and exceed all industry standards. Where some companies test only a few windows and receptacles, we check them all. We will also climb atop many of the roofs that other companies refuse to. All in an effort to give you the best understanding of the condition of your home.

All of this knowledge and experience is reflected in our report which will not only identify a problem, but tells you why it is of concern, and suggests possible fixes. We want your report to be something you refer to often, so we write it in plain English, fill it with detailed pictures and informational packets, and stay on-site until all your questions are answered.
